Robinson Fendley offers comprehensive training to the new licensee who joins our company. Our training is
based on the skills and attributes that make our sales associates successful. Our goal is for you to become successful as soon as possible
after joining Robinson Fendley.
Our approach is different. We emphasize
working from a home office - your home office. We are able to
pay very aggressive commissions (click here
to see commission schedule) because we operate without a lot of
the overhead other business brokerages have. We train you to
operate from your own home office. We have a saying, "if you are in
the office - you are not making any money". We expect you
to be making personal contacts from face to face canvassing of
prospective sellers and meeting with prospective buyers. Your
typical day will find you making phone calls from the comfort of
your own home office in the morning and then becoming a road warrior
the remainder of the day meeting with buyers and sellers and
conducting tours of businesses. Many meetings and deal negotiations are
accomplished over a cup of coffee at StarBucks or Denny's.
Business brokerage is different than residential real estate.
You typically conduct your activities during business hours Monday through
